Ideas

·       get back into Hello Fresh or similar?  Enjoy the act of prepping food.

·       No booze if no exercise.

Morning:

·       Yoga classes

·       Daily fast walking/jogging for 30 minutes  (set alarm for 5 AM)

Evening:

·       Read book

·       Cook healthy food

·       play guitar, bass, piano, or harmonica at least 1x/week

·       Leeks & Scallions entries

Weekly:

·       "Accountability buddy" concept- check in with Bart & Scott re  weekly exercise

·       At least 1 "significant" bike ride or hike/walk
